At the heart of everything I do—whether baking Grateful Grahams, building shared kitchen spaces, creating stages for women’s voices, or championing local food—is one simple belief: gratitude can change the world.

Over the past decade, my journey has grown from a home kitchen into a collective of mission-driven brands that share a unified vision: to create community, cultivate opportunity, and inspire radical kindness. Today, The Gratitude Collective is the home for all of it, bringing together:

• Grateful Grahams - our original seed of gratitude, 2010-2023

• Incubator Kitchen Collective - a nonprofit shared-use commercial kitchen empowering food entrepreneurs to grow sustainable businesses

• Power to Pursue - our women’s empowerment movement that creates safe spaces for women to be seen, heard & loved through programing, podcast & events

• Good n’ Local Food Show - the first and only wholesale local food show in our region, building bridges between local producers and buyers

• Rachel DesRochers LLC - a serial entrepreneur spreading the message of gratitude & building community through company expansion, speaking, and consulting

These are not separate stories—they are chapters in the same book. They’re about people coming together to lift each other higher, creating access where it’s missing, and building tables where everyone has a seat.
