For the makers seeking community. For the mothers starting to create their dreams and don’t know where to begin. For the women who feel isolated in balancing entrepreneurship and being. For the corporate women who are seeking like minded fellowship.

Every woman deserves to be seen, heard, and loved. That is the foundational belief of the Power to Pursue Summit, our annual event where women gather to eliminate barriers and embrace the power of their authentic selves.

Our fifth annual Summit will welcome a lineup of electrifying speakers, each determined to help you pursue your calling. At the Power to Pursue Summit, vulnerability is strength, community is a superpower, and you are the key to creating the life of your dreams.

Morning breakout sessions

  • We’re carrying a lot right now. The headlines don’t sleep. The weight doesn’t lift. And even the strongest among us feel the hum of exhaustion beneath our days. This conversation is a pause — a collective exhale. State of the World, Peace of Mind gathers women who live close to the fire: women working on the front lines, women who have sat in grief and refused to let it harden them, women who chose to turn heartbreak into service, and pain into community.

Together, they’ll speak honestly about what is happening in our world — without numbing, without sugarcoating — and share how they stay grounded when the noise is relentless. This panel isn’t about fixing everything. It’s about learning how to stay human inside it all. How to protect your peace without turning away. How to stay informed without being consumed. How to let compassion be a strength, not a burden.

You’ll leave with perspective, steadiness, and the reminder that even in heavy seasons, peace is not passive — it’s practiced. And none of us are meant to carry it alone.

  • This panel is about women’s health — the full spectrum of what it means to care for your body and mind. From managing stress and supporting mental clarity, to understanding hormones and navigating the natural changes our bodies go through, this conversation explores practical strategies for wellness at every stage of life. Experts and lived experiences come together to share tools, insights, and approaches that honor the unique ways women move through the world. Join us to learn, reflect, and leave inspired to prioritize your health — because caring for yourself is not just necessary, it’s powerful.

  • Hospitality is more than an industry — it's a calling. And for women who have built their lives within it, that calling comes with unique rewards and very real challenges. In this panel, we sit down with remarkable women shaping the future of food, dining, and togetherness to talk about the resurgence of dinner party culture, the art of genuine care, and what it truly takes to thrive as a woman in this space. Whether you're a seasoned professional, an aspiring host, or simply someone who believes in the power of a good meal shared with good people, this conversation is for you.

  • Lift as You Climb isn’t just a panel — it’s a promise.
A promise whispered from one woman to another.
A name spoken with intention in a room you haven’t entered yet.

This conversation gathers some of the region’s most powerful women leaders — the ones who don’t just take a seat at the table, but build the table, widen it, and pull up extra chairs. These are the women creating access, shaping communities, and using their influence to make sure no one climbs alone. Together, they’ll talk honestly about the power of mentorship and sponsorship — the difference between being advised and being advocated for. About what it means to champion women when the spotlight is on and when it’s not. About the quiet moments where real momentum is made: introductions, referrals, bold belief, and someone saying your name when you’re not in the room yet. Because success is sweeter when it’s shared.
And the climb means more when we lift as we go.

  • This panel is for the ones who stopped waiting to be picked. The ones who learned—sometimes the hard way—that growth doesn’t come from staying quiet or playing small. It comes from asking. From pitching. From putting your name, your work, your vision into rooms that weren’t built with you in mind… and claiming space anyway. Game Changers is an honest, high-energy conversation about sales, fundraising, and the sacred art of the ask—because asking isn’t begging, it’s believing. Believing in your work enough to invite others into it.

This panel pulls back the curtain on how real women get their businesses out into the world, secure the capital they need, build momentum, and know when and how to exit with power and integrity intact. We’ll talk strategy and story. Numbers and nerve. Visibility, value, and what it means to be seen.

    This isn’t a highlight reel.
    It’s the behind-the-scenes truth.

    If you’re building something bold…
If you’re tired of underselling yourself…
If you’re ready to ask bigger, pitch louder, and move with confidence—

This conversation was made for you.

Because game changers don’t wait for permission.
They ask. They act. And they change everything.

Afternoon breakout sessions

  • Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

This is your permission slip. To step out of the doing. To loosen your shoulders. To exhale the expectations you’ve been carrying. During this immersive breakout session, women will engage in one of four joyful, restorative experiences—each designed to help you relax, reconnect, find stillness, or let your inner child come out and play. A reminder that we all deserve to keep fun at the forefront of our personal expansion. No pressure to perform. No agenda to master. Just space to be

This is joy as a practice.
    Rest as resistance.
    Play as power.

Come exactly as you are—curious, tired, hopeful, open—and leave a little lighter, a little more grounded, and maybe smiling for no reason at all.

  • The Ascending Women Panel is a gathering of women who are rising while carrying the full weight of life with honesty and hope.

Moderated by Rhiannon Hoeweler, this conversation holds space for the real stuff: brain health through the lens of optimism, the courage it takes to have hard conversations, and the clarity required to focus on outcomes that truly matter. We’ll explore how awe—those moments that stop us in our tracks—can reshape our brains, support memory, and restore perspective in seasons that feel heavy.

This panel also speaks tenderly to caregiving: navigating memory care, caring for aging parents, and holding love and leadership at the same time. It’s about choosing growth without denial, optimism without bypassing, and rising with both strength and softness.

Come for the science. Stay for the soul. Leave clearer, steadier, and more connected—to your mind, your people, and the path ahead.

  • This panel is a love letter to our region and the women who keep it alive with color, courage, and creative grit. Together, we’ll talk about what it truly means to live a creative life here—the beauty of it, the uncertainty of it, the devotion it asks of you. The making. The risking. The choosing to keep showing up with your art even when the path isn’t clear.

We’ll explore how artists are supported in our region and how we, as a community, can better support them—through funding, advocacy, visibility, and care. We’ll highlight the vital work of organizations like ArtsWave and ArtWorks, whose belief in artists has shaped neighborhoods, nurtured talent, and turned possibility into public good.

This conversation will look at how art moves beyond galleries and stages and into our daily lives—how murals change the way we walk through our city, how creativity strengthens our mental and emotional health, and how shared artistic experiences connect us to one another in ways nothing else can. This is about art as service. Art as healing. Art as a bridge between who we are and who we’re becoming—together.

  • This session blends hands-on, playful experimentation with AI-powered iteration. plAI invites participants to explore invisible rules shaping identity and expression, before encouraging them to test low-risk micro-experiments in everyday life.  Clothing and food become simple through practice using accessible experiments for building flexibility, resilience, and confidence to help you discover where choice still exists.

This presentation equips female leaders and entrepreneurs with a practical, low-risk method for expanding agency in work and life. You will leave with a repeatable framework for building flexibility, resilience, and confidence into being playful everyday.

  • Let’s take the shame out of the spreadsheet.
Let’s loosen our grip on fear.
Let’s talk about money like it’s allowed to stay in the room.

Flirting with Finances is an honest, empowering conversation about our relationship with money — not just how we earn it, but how we feel about it, move with it, and invite more of it in. This session explores money health and money energy, the stories we’ve inherited, and the ones we’re ready to rewrite. We’ll talk investing without intimidation. We’ll talk planning without punishment. We’ll talk access, abundance, and the very real pathways to building wealth — in ways that feel aligned, informed, and doable. This isn’t about being perfect with money.
It’s about being present with it. Curious. Courageous. Open.

Come flirt with your finances — and leave with clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of what’s possible when you stop avoiding the conversation and start owning it.
