A Grateful Plate
September 20, 2026
A Grateful Plate is launching this fall at The Spot on West Fifth. This delicious feast will be a ticketed event that serves to build a scholarship fund for P2P across all Power to Pursue cities. We will offer a beautifully prepared, coursed meal complete with appetizer, salad, entree, dessert and drinks prepared by local female chefs, bakers, farmers/growers, distillers, mixologists, etc. There will be live music, fun activities with local businesses, photo booths, and more!
All proceeds will be used to ensure all women have access to P2P programming across the region. Stay tuned for ticket information.

Located at MadTree, the Power to Pursue MakeHers Market is a bi-annual marketplace featuring local creators, entrepreneurs, artists, curators, female makers, women owned businesses, and service-based companies, including young (teen!) entrepeneurs. We provide a space for local women selling delicious treats, apparel, jewelry, accessories, holistic and wellness goods, baby items, and so much more.

The HERizon Roadshow
Real Women. Real Stories. Your Future.
We’re partnering with Mollie Lewis and her team at New Riff to propel The HERizon Roadshow, dreaming big and building bigger to reach women in the 18-26 year old range. This monthly mentoring program is designed to emPOWER the next generation while exploring what’s possible for their future. We’re holding space for young ladies navigating their career paths and assisting them in building meaningful and long lasting connections with the women in our community. Each session highlights ladies in leadership from the business world and focuses on a variety of topics that prepare the attendees to grow and thrive as they rise.

Three executives from the Cincinnati Reds team will answer questions and offer insights based on their experiences, sharing openly about their careers, leadership journeys, and the balance of business, family, health, and growth.
*There is no fee to attend, but registration is required so New Riff can plan lunch accordingly.
Queen City Game Changers
The Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G will include a powerful Women’s Leadership program with a multi-faceted audience, bringing together female business leaders, entrepreneurs and key community figures to learn with and from each other as a cohort.
This program with include best-in-class programming, and mentorship that will accelerate emerging female leaders in the community where they live and work.
